Plainedge Black Team Hub is a privately created and operated resource maintained by a volunteer parent coach to help manage this individual team's schedule, attendance, roster information, and parent communications. It is not an official website, application, or service of Plainedge Soccer Club and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated, or maintained by the club. No fee is charged for access to the Team Hub.

Privacy Notice

Plainedge Black Team Hub is a private team resource used only to operate and administer this individual youth soccer team's activities.

Information we store

We store the Google account display name, email address, user ID, and profile photo provided through Google Sign-In as applicable; private calendar subscription tokens created at a user's request; per-device push notification registration tokens and notification state when notifications are enabled; player names, jersey numbers, and roster status; guardian/player relationships; game RSVP and attendance information; Team Info and Important Updates; and schedule, event-note, and location information obtained from the team's private Google Calendar.

How information is used and accessed

This information is used only to operate and administer the Team Hub. Team information is available only to approved Team Hub users and administrators as permitted by the application's access controls.

We use basic, aggregate usage analytics to understand how the Team Hub is used and improve the experience. We do not send player names, parent names, email addresses, schedule locations, or other private team information to analytics.

Services used

Google Sign-In, Firebase and Google Cloud services, and the team's private Google Calendar are used to operate the application. Their use does not mean that Google, Firebase, or Plainedge Soccer Club sponsors or endorses the Team Hub.

No sale or advertising

The Team Hub does not sell team or player information and does not use it for advertising.

Corrections, deletion, and retention

A parent or legal guardian may contact the team coach/admin to request correction or deletion of their account information or information associated with their child, subject to limited information reasonably needed for team administration or history. Information is kept only while reasonably needed to operate the team and maintain appropriate team records. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized where practical.
